"Jen has a calming presence when she is in front of a group.  She provides a safe harbor so people can listen to her message.  I find that people want to listen to her and interact with her.  People feel free to ask questions and get involved.  Jen is clear and concise with a warm aura."  -Marci Servizi, NW Conference on Childhood Grief Program Director, Safe Crossings Foundation
